We provide Family based adjustment of status services for our clients throughout Oregon and the U.S.  Our practice is limited to those seeking adjustment via marriage to a United States Citizen or through K1 and K3 visas.  We can help in a variety of circumstances and have extensive experience in this field.

As part of our Adjustment service we will:

• Prepare the I-130 and I-485 Petition
• Assemble all supporting documents
• If desired, complete and assemble the applications for work permit and travel permission
• Provide submission to the correct USCIS service center
• Monitor the application while at the service center and local USCIS office.
• Prepare our clients for the adjustment interview
